If it came up in my searches, I never noticed it. I don't think it takes much resources just to search? Kb3102812 I never used WMP however everytimr I turn my PC on after about 10... Solution 2.
When I do only one of these two changes, my ram usage spikes on restart again.

Still using 100% CPU cycles. (100% CPU usage constantly, all the time, every second and minute). The length of time doesn't bother me as much as constant excessive CPU use for a day.
The fan stopped and CPU instantly went back to cool runnings! thats after 3 re installs of the operating system and trying 2 different hard drives. A) You can perform a sequentially search using Google (for all highlighted services) and see if the searched service is critical – or not - for your computer. It was consuming extra 1.5GB RAM.
Not positive if I stopped wuauserv, BITS before reinstalling it. Windows Update was clogging things up.
