For everything in the troubleshooter on the joining computer, it shows "Issue Not Present", yet I get the message on both computers. This can be done under (AVG/Tools/Firewall Settings/Profiles/Small Home or Office Network/System Services/Manage User System Rules). Desktop Emit Server: Go to Emit Server application.
