It would be odd if a corrupted disk would cause such a strange problem. If you have 32-bit Internet Explorer, see Download and install latest Flash Player. It takes longer than 20 minutes just in the "Expanding files" part of the installation.

Thanks anyways! I did download all the drivers for the 6715b but it blue screened when installing the video driver.
