November 3, 2009 Raoul Alt+Space mothod works, but taskbar menu method doesn't work in Windows 7(it doesn't have ‘move' option in taskbar menu).

Seen that utility & might give a try. foxpro was driving me crazy - sometimes even when I move it back to my main monitor before disconnecting the secondary, it tries to open on the secondary later.
