While you're busy idiot-proofing her computer, you can install a few programs that will take some of the hassle out of future (and hopefully infrequent) tech support calls. I can control another 10 computers in another room via RDC at work... I have Home Premium and it DID work for me until SP1 loaded. I am stuck at that point. I would really appreciate it if someone could walk me through this.
