Can you try checking or cleaning the slots if there are dust and then try to reseat them firmly next time? Please update these older drivers. Please run these two tests to verify your memory and find which driver is causing the problem. In order to fix it you must be sure that the program isn't loading. So it was definitely the RAID/ISRT Drivers causing the issue.
