If not, is the account set up as IMAP? This is a second account in the app. I've passed that advice on to my sister.She's not exactly computer-literate, so she probably didn't recognise that option. I have followed all advice in the comments, ticked all the right boxes.. .but they still don't appear in Sent folder... website here
