I am run into random blue screen while doing most anything. All of that being said, if the issue continues on different computers it may be linked to a hardware problem with the unit. We haven't had a crash in days. The only two programs that would change and update are the two mentioned above.

Memtest86+ is a good idea to try and maybe the SMART tools on an Ubuntu CD. The reason why I think this is because I've made no software or hardware changes in at least three months, and this problem only started occuring this week. I've tried uninstalling a few programs that I recently added and that doesn't help. I installed only drivers for my graphics card, audio and touchpad. Upon a fresh boot up, blue screen happens withing about a minute when Realtek audio is switched on, particularly when SAM broadcaster 4 9 1 and Foobar2000 Ver 1.1.11 are playing. I run chkdsk /f once a month or so as preventative maintenance. is there any way to make it last longer or has it changed?
