I did a little research and it is possible my Seagate causes it to fail, but that problem can wait till the BSOD is fixed unless they are directly related. I am guessing any one of the three (Avast!, Daemon Tools or Networx) was responsible for the frequent crashing. Didn't expect it so soon to be honest. This bugcheck usually occurs when a driver uses an incorrect memory address.
