Updating to the new Intel display driver for Windows 10 solved the problem. No amount of restarting and utilising of DDU (used it twice now) has fixed this. Installed just fine then. Don't know.

Guess I'll just hold off. I always do custom install and remove the 3D stuff and GeForce Experience. Absolutely no linking to livestreams, except official Ubisoft or Massive streams or past broadcasts. Like a success!
