Edited by Arthur XieMicrosoft contingent staff, Moderator Since the root cause of the issue is more related to hardware driver limitation, I think you may consider change a Windows 7 compatible Fax/Modem. My blue screen had IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL on it, while the blue screen in the screenshot on that page you linked has PAGE_FAULT_IN_NONPAGED_AREA. Windows 7 Won't Shutdown Blue Screen
