Because i dont want to break anything. It is only Steam games that cause this blue screen. Not too sure why its using old drivers, I clean installed the machine early 2015 and used AMD driver auto-detect. Amd Drivers But after trying it, now I am able to download games on Steam without it giving me a BSOD. I have a suspicion it has something to do with the way Steam is transmitting data in online games.

One thing I will say, is Skyrim is far more system intensive than any of the games you listed that you don't have through steam, so that could be part of which leaves me with that, either the game is conflicting with something else on my computer.
