Reply A July 23, 2015 my problem is that first my laptop wa updating then after that nothing happened then after a few minutes the laptop restarted again and it showed I have even tried making a media disc from a separate computer, and it won't even recognize (that I know of) that I put a disc in the computer. Firstly you removed your hard disk from your PC then it setup another PC . Then reboot and just install the driver because catalyst doesn't have compatible drivers, but the generic driver has.

I got the files back by putting HDD in a external case but does not matter what I do I cannot get the computer to run even with clean install cheers I looked up several site and I this is the same person from those websites. Use of the old drive for critical data is not advised.
Thank you. Pick out a restore point at least one day before problem appeared. I noticed later neither my mouse nore keyboard worked from the front USB ports they were plugged into. I reset the computer and it tells me Windows failed to load and wants me to repair.
